It all starts with food
Did you overindulge in foie gras during the festive season? Don't worry, all you have to do is manage the contents of your plate better to get back into shape. Nothing new here: fruit, vegetables, water and no fat.
- Start the day with seasonal fruit, and if you have time to make yourself a smoothie glass, it's perfect.
- For lunch, opt for a salad with cooked vegetables and brown rice. Add a yoghurt or fruit compote for dessert.
- In the evening, it's time to enjoy a hearty vegetable soup with some grilled meat.
- If you get the munchies during the day, opt for dried fruit. Remember to hydrate regularly with plain water, green tea or herbal tea.
Getting (back) into sport

There are many disciplines to choose from, such as running, cycling, stepping or why not electrostimulation. This discipline combines several advantages including :
If you're new to electrostimulation start an electrostimulation session with a coach who will help you master the right movements. By the end of your first session, you'll already be feeling the difference, with aches and pains well underway. However, don't expect miraculous results: as with any discipline, it takes several sessions before you can appreciate a real change. The Ironbody Fit welcome you with open arms to help you get back into shape.
Quality sleep
We understand each other: the older we get, the more we like to sleep. The problem is that we don't know how to sleep well. It's essential to get at least 7 hours of sleep, and to sleep at regular times. The effect of screens is detrimental to sleep quality. An hour before bedtime, put your phone away and turn off the TV. Instead, read a book. Your body will be much more serene and sleep will come more easily to you.
